Step 1.

During each meeting, each member will be invited to share a particular challenge they need help with

Step 2.

The group chooses 2-3 of the challenges and invites member to describe the challenge, the impact and outcomes they would like to achieve.

Step 3.

Members are invited to prepare and ask questions about the challenge

Step 4.

Members are then invited to provide solutions to the challenge or share knowledge and insight.

Step 5.

The member sharing the challenge will then be invited to feedback if the advice has helped

Step 6.

Where required, external experts will attend the peer group to support the discussion
